Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience! The rooms with a view to La Gran Via were fantastic, very clean, modern decorations, comfortable beds, A/C, great shower, and quiet atmosphere, all located conveniently close to Plaza Espana and within walking distance to the Metro station for easy access to Barajas airport. The service was top-notch, with very polite, helpful, and accommodating staff who even arranged a special birthday breakfast in our room. The location is superb, at the heart of Gran Via, making it perfect for exploring all that downtown Madrid has to offer. The dining experience, while plentiful, can become a bit repetitive with the same food offerings each day. Overall, a great value for the money and a highly recommended stay.
